Sending Files as E-Mail Attachments
The vast majority of our customers send us their files as Email attachments. While this method is not appropriate in all cases it should work in the vast majority of cases. These types of file transfers work best when your file(s) have been compressed into a single file.
Sending Files using the Web
For files that are too large to send reliably by e-mail, you can utilize our HTTP-based file transfer system by going to our Send File Web Page (opens new window). Please follow the directions on the send file page, particularly with regard to notifying us that you have sent a file. Unlike our e-mail systems, production and service personnel are NOT automatically made aware that a file has been sent.
For the Macintosh Platform, you should use Stuffit to compress your files.
Courier
As a service to our customers The Zenger Group has created a vast courier network available to quickly pick-up your project and expedite back into production. Call now to arrange your pick-up: 1-800-876-2440.
Some of our customers prefer to drop their project off in person to review their specifications as well as address any areas needing special attention.
